Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation of all transactions.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address findings.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial planning.
- Process payroll, tax filings, and statutory reports while ensuring compliance with Indonesian and Philippine tax laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA license is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or audit, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations (Philippines/Indonesia).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in payroll processing, tax compliance, and financial audits is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Filipino languages is advantageous.
