Responsibility
- Develop, monitor, and analyze project budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals and cost-saving objectives.
- Conduct monthly cost variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including cost forecasts, expenditure summaries, and ROI evaluations.
- Collaborate with project managers to track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement efficient financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial reviews for stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost accounting records using ERP or financial software.
- Support audits by providing documentation and clarifications on cost-related transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or project accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or project-based industries is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
