In this role, you will oversee the monthly consolidation and analysis of financial statements for Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) and its subsidiaries, providing critical insights to the Executive Committee (ExCom). Your expertise will drive financial transparency, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibility
- Lead the monthly consolidation of financial statements for FLI and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and present financial analysis reports to the Executive Committee (ExCom) with actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting frameworks and processes to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance trends, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audits and address findings.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in financial reporting best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in financial consolidation tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a multinational or diversified corporate environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and lead teams remotely.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
