Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including corporate tax, VAT, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to maintain organizational financial stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK).
- Proven experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing and mentoring finance teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
