Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business decisions.
- Ensure tax compliance by preparing and filing VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and intercompany transactions.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a corporate or SME environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zahir, Accurate, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for cross-functional communication.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the service industry or pest control sector is advantageous but not required.
