Responsibility
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial accuracy.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss financial performance, strategies, and action plans.
- Monitor account receivables and payables, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
- Maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or client relations, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly advantageous.
