Responsibility
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business strategy.
- Prepare and present financial analysis, variance reports, and KPIs to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements for financial efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
