Responsibility
- Process and verify payroll data for accuracy, ensuring timely and compliant payroll disbursements.
- Identify, recommend, and implement payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory compliance documents in accordance with local regulations.
- Monitor payroll systems and tools to ensure optimal performance and suggest upgrades as needed.
- Assist in audits by providing accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and confidentiality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or payroll analysis.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong understanding of payroll tax laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with remote work and familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
