Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage insolvency and restructuring case files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with global advisory teams, clients, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth case progression.
- Prepare and review financial documents, reports, and legal correspondence with precision.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, updating case statuses in real-time.
- Assist in the preparation of court filings, creditor communications, and restructuring proposals.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required documentation.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing case-related materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve process efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support or coordination role, preferably in insolvency, restructuring, or legal services.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and case management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
