Responsibility
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for private equity and investment funds in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Manage fund accounting, including capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, regulatory reporting, and audit preparations for managed funds.
- Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, and liquidity management across multiple fund entities.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators to maintain transparency and compliance.
- Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare financial statements, investor reports, and ad-hoc analyses for senior management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for fund portfolios.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in private equity, hedge funds, or investment management.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, fund accounting principles, and regulatory compliance (e.g., MAS, SEC).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Investran) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with consolidated financial reporting and multi-currency transactions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Baliās business landscape or willingness to relocate is advantageous.
