Responsibility
- Lead all financial operations, including monthly/annual reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring liquidity and optimizing working capital for business growth.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational and commercial objectives.
- Prepare and present financial statements, KPIs, and variance analyses to stakeholders and senior management.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Manage tax planning, filings, and audits in coordination with external advisors.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering professional development and a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or DMC industry.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management for mid-sized organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
