Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting and processes.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance, providing actionable insights to optimize financial health and sustainability.
- Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to local and international standards.
- Provide strategic financial advisory to senior management, including risk assessment, investment analysis, and cost optimization strategies.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets and ensure operational integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and HR, to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, audit, and tax compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Experience working in the tourism, hospitality, or service industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is an advantage.
