Responsibility
- Conduct regular stocktaking audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Develop and implement compliance procedures in alignment with industry regulations and company policies.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and streamline processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on stock levels, compliance status, and audit findings for management review.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development of training programs to educate staff on compliance best practices.
- Utilize data analytics tools to enhance inventory management and compliance tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in stocktaking, auditing, or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Certification in auditing or compliance (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.
