Responsibility
- Monitor and validate financial transactions, reports, and records to ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance audits on financial data, identifying errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from established protocols.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain QA checklists, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial processes.
- Generate detailed reports on QA findings, including root cause analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Assist in the implementation of automated QA tools and systems to streamline financial validation processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and internal policies affecting financial accuracy.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on QA methodologies and financial compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, or quality assurance, preferably in a shared services or BPO environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GAAP, and SLAs in the accounting or finance sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software/tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving and data validation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or QA automation tools is a plus.
