Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors to ensure smooth and efficient completion of audits.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability across the group.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate governance, and statutory reporting requirements in Indonesia.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and financial innovation.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing strategic recommendations to enhance business operations and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Financial Controller, Finance Manager).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (e.g., PSAK, IFRS).
- Proven experience in managing financial reporting, audits, and compliance for multi-location businesses.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing finance teams.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
