Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT/GST, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements in Indonesia
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic business decisions
- Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to foster professional growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA/ACCA is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis in a multinational environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is beneficial)
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting with strong time management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
