Responsibility
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support the accounting team with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and invoice processing.
- Help with tax compliance by organizing financial documents and assisting in tax filings.
- Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Participate in audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Learn and apply financial software and tools used in the industry.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in SMK (Vocational High School) or a university program in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward professional development.
- Prior internship or part-time experience in finance/accounting is a plus but not required.
