Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal adjustments.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Assist in tax compliance, including the preparation and submission of tax reports to relevant authorities.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing financial data and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Operate and maintain the Accurate accounting system to streamline financial processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in finance and accounting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or taxation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Accurate accounting software or similar financial systems.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
