In this pivotal role, you will oversee all financial, accounting, and tax functions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic alignment with our business goals. Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Finance, Accounting, and Tax departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth and sustainability.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax, while optimizing tax efficiency.
- Streamline accounting processes, internal controls, and financial systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams to mitigate financial risks and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to support decision-making and long-term planning.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Finance Manager, Head of Accounting).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and IFRS with experience in tax planning and compliance.
- Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management for mid-to-large organizations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel; experience with financial software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strategic and detail-oriented mindset.
