As a key member of our finance team, you will manage comprehensive financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and inventory audits (stock opname) with precision. Your expertise will ensure adherence to Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations while supporting business growth in one of Southeast Asia’s most exciting markets.
Based in Canggu, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, mitigate risks, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Oversee tax planning, filings, and audits to ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws (e.g., VAT, corporate income tax).
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular stock opname (inventory audits) and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams to address financial and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business optimization.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or Brevet A/B certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in the FMCG or Fashion industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
