Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily, monthly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PSAK and local tax regulations.
- Perform tax reconciliation, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory obligations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Manage stock/inventory reconciliation, coordinating with warehouse and production teams to verify data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business decisions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations for financial audits.
- Monitor manufacturing cost data, analyzing variances and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure all financial records are organized, up-to-date, and securely stored in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing, chemical, or a similar industry.
- Proficient in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21/23/25/26, etc.) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
