Responsibility
- Process and generate accurate invoices for clients in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to verify billing information and address client inquiries.
- Reconcile billing data with internal systems and external vendor statements.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports related to billing activities for management review.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all billing transactions and communications.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with GAAP or international accounting standards is a plus.
- Experience in a global or multicultural team is highly desirable.
