Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and collaborating with external auditors.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in tax filing and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
