Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Lead tax planning, filing, and compliance for corporate and VAT obligations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial and operational audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including billing, collections, and vendor payments, to maintain healthy liquidity.
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Mentor and coordinate with junior accounting staff to ensure team productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and audit support.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Experience in multinational corporations or engineering industries is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cash flow management and forecasting tools.
