WeSupport is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. SAP C4C Functional Consultant to join our dynamic IT team in Alabang. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex business requirements and technical SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of CRM processes to drive business efficiency and improve customer engagement strategies.
The ideal candidate possesses deep functional knowledge of SAP Sales and Service Cloud and has a proven track record of managing project lifecycles. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs, ensuring seamless integration and high-performance system workflows.
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) modules.
- Analyze and document complex business processes to map them into efficient SAP CRM solutions.
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements and present functional design documents.
- Configure SAP C4C functionalities, including sales force automation, service ticket management, and mobile features.
- Manage system integrations between SAP C4C, SAP ERP/S4HANA, and other third-party applications.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for data migration, system testing, and user training.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on functional consulting experience specifically with SAP C4C/Sales & Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of SAP Cloud Platform and integration technologies (e.g., SAP CPI/PI/PO).
- Proven experience in full-cycle project implementations including blueprinting, realization, and go-live support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Certification in SAP C4C or related SAP CRM modules is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical functional specifications.
