Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CO).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with global financial standards.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO processes, including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design financial reporting structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
- Conduct user training and create documentation to empower teams with SAP FICO best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex financial and controlling issues, optimizing system performance.
- Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA advancements and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP certification (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance) is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with at least 2+ years in S/4HANA implementations.
- Proven expertise in configuring FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules, including GL, AP/AR, AA, and CO-PA.
- Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., month-end closing, tax compliance, intercompany reconciliations).
- Experience with data migration, integration testing, and cutover activities in SAP projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel or work hybridly across Bali-based offices as needed.
