Responsibility
- Lead and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with architectural designs and structural plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project managers to streamline workflows and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Manage project schedules, material requirements, and equipment allocation to ensure adherence to critical paths.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and enforce strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, budget tracking updates, and technical documentation for management review.
- Oversee site logistics, including site clearing, utility connections, and coordination with local government units (LGUs).
- Mentor junior engineers and site personnel to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management or site engineering, specifically in residential real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, permit processes, and sustainable construction practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other industry-standard project management software.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million peso budgets and diverse project teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a high degree of technical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based full-time in Magalang, Pampanga.
