Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions for children and adults with communication and swallowing difficulties
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports in compliance with hospital standards
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment plans
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in speech therapy through continuous professional development
- Contribute to community outreach programs and health education initiatives
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) in Speech Therapy or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Valid professional certification as a Speech Therapist in Indonesia
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting (fresh graduates with exceptional skills will be considered)
- Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating various speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care with strong ethical standards
- Computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records systems
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)
