Responsibility
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for engineering teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps and opportunities.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives with operational workflows.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve training content.
- Mentor and coach employees to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all training activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in technical training are a plus.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using training software, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and multimedia tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel occasionally to different sites within Bali or other regions as needed.
