Responsibility
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
- Install, repair, and upgrade equipment to support production goals.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Assist in emergency repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
- Provide technical support to production teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance or a similar technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts or on-call as required.
- Certification in maintenance or safety standards is a plus.
