Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of precast concrete products to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to enhance production efficiency and product consistency.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, minimizing defects and waste.
- Monitor and document quality metrics, providing regular reports to management for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all production activities.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices for quality assurance and control.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain material quality and timely deliveries.
- Participate in project planning and scheduling to optimize resource allocation and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA/QC or production engineering, preferably in precast concrete manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) and testing methodologies.
- Proficient in using quality management tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction and manufacturing.
