Responsibility
- Design, maintain, and optimize gas and chemical systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to facilities infrastructure, including HVAC, piping, and specialized equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Ensure adherence to local and international safety regulations, including OSHA and environmental standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement for facilities-related projects.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, schematics, and compliance reports.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on best practices for system operations and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering, with a focus on gas/chemical systems or industrial infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in HVAC systems, piping design, pressure vessels, and chemical handling.
- Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, ISO, NFPA) and environmental regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Certifications in facilities management, safety compliance, or renewable energy are highly desirable.
