Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee structural and architectural site operations to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between management, on-site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or budget overruns.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality control, material usage, and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, including budget tracking, resource allocation, and milestone achievements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and local authorities to resolve technical challenges and obtain necessary permits.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and site staff to foster professional development and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project engineering, with a focus on structural or architectural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar project management software.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Experience working in Bali or other tropical regions is highly desirable.
- PMP or other relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, OSHA) are a plus.
