Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and system modeling to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure project success and team growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical system design, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, SNI).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
