Responsibility
- Develop, validate, and optimize RF and semiconductor test programs for high-volume manufacturing.
- Design and implement automated test systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and yield.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to ensure test solutions align with product specifications.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and recommend corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to test hardware, software, and methodologies.
- Document test procedures, reports, and technical specifications in compliance with industry standards.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by developing and qualifying test processes.
- Stay current with emerging test technologies, tools, and industry best practices in semiconductor testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering (Senior) or 3+ years (Test Engineer).
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (e.g., VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and test methodologies.
- Experience with ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) and high-volume production testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a multidisciplinary environment.
