Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to clarify project requirements and resolve potential roadblocks.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress, verify compliance with safety and quality standards, and address issues promptly.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align expectations and foster collaboration.
- Identify resource needs and allocate materials, labor, and equipment efficiently to optimize project performance.
- Implement project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Gantt charts) to enhance productivity.
- Support the preparation of proposals, contracts, and tender documents as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in engineering, construction, or a similar industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to mitigate risks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance standards in Indonesia is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
