Responsibility
- Lead and execute testing protocols for system migration, ensuring data integrity and functionality in cloud-based environments.
- Oversee data migration processes, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations, with minimal downtime.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system architectures, migration plans, and user guides.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify requirements, resolve issues, and optimize cloud solutions.
- Monitor system performance post-migration, troubleshooting and resolving any discrepancies or inefficiencies.
- Implement security and compliance measures to safeguard sensitive data during and after migration.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and tools.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in cloud computing, TMS (Transport Management Systems), and data migration technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years for Specialist, 5+ years for Senior Specialist) in system migration, cloud computing, or TMS.
- Strong proficiency in data migration tools, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with testing methodologies, including UAT, regression, and performance testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach to documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or DevOps practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a remote or hybrid setting.
