Responsibility
- Assist the IT Director in developing and executing the company's IT strategy and roadmap.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.
- Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage IT projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure successful delivery.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and software solutions to enhance business processes and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing IT projects, teams, and budgets effectively.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are highly desirable.
