Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for IT, InfoSec, and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, security experts, operations) to define scope, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, provide progress reports, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, NIST, ITIL) and internal policies for security and operational projects.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending process optimizations.
- Facilitate change management and user adoption for new systems or workflows.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in IT/Business Project Management, with a focus on mixed IT, InfoSec, or operations projects.
- Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles (initiation to closure) for mid-to-large-scale initiatives.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong understanding of Information Security principles (e.g., risk assessment, compliance frameworks) and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a global, remote setting.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or CISSP are a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving business needs.
