Responsibility
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate process changes and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on process improvements.
- Document and maintain process specifications, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC), DOE (Design of Experiments), and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Proficient in using CAD, simulation software, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) is a plus.
