Responsibility
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions tailored to the needs of children with developmental disabilities.
- Assess and monitor each child's progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and educators to implement consistent support strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and developmental milestones.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide guidance and training to family members on therapeutic techniques.
- Stay updated on best practices in special needs therapy and child development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for therapy sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs.
- Strong understanding of developmental disorders and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in therapy or special education.
