Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Inpatient Wards, ICU, and Mental Health Units in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring individualized treatment and continuous monitoring of patient progress.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions, escalating critical situations to senior medical staff as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment, adhering to infection control and hygiene standards.
- Participate in training, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing practices.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid MOT (Ministry of Health) license or equivalent nursing certification recognized in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in Inpatient Care, ICU, or Mental Health Nursing.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare settings with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, ethical standards, and continuous professional development.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation systems.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and adaptability in diverse cultural and clinical environments.
