Responsibility
- Provide high-quality primary healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care to patients of all ages.
- Conduct thorough medical consultations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and vaccinations in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Manage chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) and acute illnesses with evidence-based practices.
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate, confidential medical records using digital health systems.
- Participate in community health initiatives and clinic outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner or Medical Officer.
- Strong diagnostic and patient management skills with a focus on primary care.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and basic medical software.
- Commitment to ethical medical practices and patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
