Responsibility
- Accurately input and update spare parts transactions, cuts, and mutations in the company’s inventory management system.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and distribution of spare parts.
- Generate and analyze reports on spare parts usage, stock movements, and discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify and categorize spare parts based on specifications and requirements.
- Process requests for spare parts from internal departments and external clients efficiently.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all spare parts-related activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, spare parts administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
