Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
- Process orders and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, sales, and other relevant metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
