Are you a fluent Spanish speaker with expertise in healthcare hospital billing? Epsilon Group Services is seeking 5 dynamic professionals to join our team as Healthcare Trainers, Quality Assurance Specialists, and Subject Matter Experts in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Bali, Indonesia.

With a competitive salary of ₱69,000 – ₱70,000 per month plus a 10% night differential, this role offers financial stability and career growth in the booming healthcare outsourcing industry.
Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires on healthcare hospital billing processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources to reflect current billing regulations and best practices.
- Perform quality assurance audits on billing processes to identify errors, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to billing teams to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex billing issues and streamline workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to billing accuracy, turnaround time, and compliance.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations, coding standards, and billing policies to ensure team compliance.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for escalated billing inquiries and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare hospital billing, revenue cycle management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in training, quality assurance, or team leadership within a healthcare or BPO setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT coding, and billing software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for trainees.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Bali, Indonesia, and adapt to a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
- Certification in medical billing (e.g., CPC, CPB) is a plus but not required.
