Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and high satisfaction rates.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining clear communication with customers.
  • Follow company guidelines and scripts to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.

Qualifications

  • Fresh K-12 or college graduates (or equivalent qualifications) are encouraged to apply.
  • No prior BPO or customer service experience required—full training provided.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
