Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries related to Telco services.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications
