Responsibility
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate spa staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Monitor and manage inventory of spa products and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Implement and enforce company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Coordinate with management to set and achieve financial and operational targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil spa environment.
