Responsibility
- Manage and confirm reservations for golf bookings, events, and hospitality services via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking guests, ensuring clear communication and personalized assistance.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., golf operations, F&B, housekeeping) to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest preferences in the CRM system.
- Promote upselling opportunities for additional services, such as golf carts, caddies, or dining packages.
- Assist in preparing reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management review.
- Stay updated on resort amenities, promotions, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality, preferably in a luxury or golf resort setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in reservation software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings accurately.
- Familiarity with golf terminology and operations is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
