Responsibility

  • Manage and confirm reservations for golf bookings, events, and hospitality services via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking guests, ensuring clear communication and personalized assistance.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., golf operations, F&B, housekeeping) to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest preferences in the CRM system.
  • Promote upselling opportunities for additional services, such as golf carts, caddies, or dining packages.
  • Assist in preparing reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management review.
  • Stay updated on resort amenities, promotions, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality, preferably in a luxury or golf resort setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in reservation software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings accurately.
  • Familiarity with golf terminology and operations is advantageous but not required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
